Profile- telesales

process- in-bound /outbound / email and chat process.

qualification- 12th/ graduate.

salary-11k to 21k

working shift:- 9am to 6pm.

role and responsibilities:-

· Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

· Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders.

· Processing all customer purchases accordingly.

· Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.

*language required:-hindi /average english/ fluente english.

*fresher and experiance both can apply.
