JOB Details: Catering Assistant

- Salary: AED 930 per month i.e. Rs. 21,000/- per month(Approx.) + Over Time as per Requirement

Key Responsibilities
Candidate should be willing to take any assigned role without any hesitation.
- To transport food, bars, dry store and equipment from respective departments to requested location and maintain accurate and on time delivery of all catering related services to airlines / customers as per specification and standards.
- Good working knowledge on Galley planning /Assembly of various aircraft type and able to uplift the catering provisions on flight in a safe and secure manner in accordance with AVSEC , airport regulations guidelines.
- Good working knowledge on hiloader marshalling / ramp procedure at tarmac.
- To undertake and perform complete daily tasks assigned by Coordinators ensuring that relevant SOPs are followed and performed to the highest standards according to established procedures.
- Follow instructions from Coordinator relating but not limited to hygiene, productivity and HACCP.
- Awareness of all safety policies and processes for the role.
- To report any serious breaches of safety and hygiene rules that are observed during duty to the immediate supervisor.
- Ability to work long hours and shift duties , medically fit as involves manual handling.

Pre Requisite Qualification
