Qualification: MBA
Experience: 10+ years Exp. (GCC exp. will be preferred.)
Salary: AED 10000 - 12000 per month i.e. INR. 2,23,122.60 to 2,67,747.12 per month
Age: 30-45 Years
Working Hours: 48 Hours per week ( Monday - Friday)

Jobs Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Revenue Management
* Responsible for the overall WS Products. Formulate sales plan including revenue targets in line with company strategy and business plan for fiscal year.
* Participate in all tenders. Increase revenue over and above targets and ensure achievement of revenue targets each year as set in yearly goal through iTalent platform.
* Lead in advising around pricing for commercial contracts.
* Targets will be revised time-to-time given the marketing condition which shall agree between you and LINE Manager on iTalent platform/official email or any other communication channel which deemed fit and appropriate.
2. Sales Planning and Increase Profitability
* Exploring new market opportunities by identifying prospects and through market intelligence; Effectively research and analyses new business opportunities within the UAE Market Segmentation and Develop Sales Planning to hit target. Development of financial plans including budgeting and forecasting for the short and long term.
3. Client Relationship Management
* Develop and maintain good relationship with clients with a goal to increase revenue for the company which may include negotiating rates, monthly, quarterly and/or yearly contracts, etc. Generate goodwill in the market by being a brand ambassador for WS and its products. Maintain good PR with potential client in the market and resolve their complaints.
4. Team Management / Coordination
* Ensure that operational and sale- related information is communicated to all other appropriate departmental staff, thus maintaining accurate records. Work effectively with other sales team members in order to provide cover and maintain continuity of customer relations and service.
