PURPOSE
The role holder will be responsible to own up his / her individual & professional roadmap in Human Resources, learn the aspects of Human Resource management especially Talent Acquisition. Starting ones role as Talent Acquisition Executive, Talent Acquisition and other HR related activities.
The role incumbent would be deft in a start-up like environment and brings to fore, a strong challenger mind-set with proven abilities to influence peers across the eco-system and deliver a higher quality quantity mix for hiring.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition
ü Preparation of Job Description & hiring the best FIT
ü Continuously identify potential sources and methods of sourcing
ü Profiling of the candidate being sourced for both direct hiring and hiring for Skill Development before job and counsel them properly
ü Publishing Jobs & Sourcing candidate from job portal “Just Job” www.justjob.co.in , screening them & lining up interviews with respective stakeholders
ü Undertake mass outreach initiative with institutions & job seekers through physical as well as virtual mode – calling as well as Video interaction
MIS & Reporting
Maintains, Updates and Shares periodical dashboard & MIS reports as per requirement
