KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Introduction to Housekeeping
• Importance of hygiene, grooming & positive body language
• Effectively communicate-verbal/non-verbal
• Exhibit Appropriate etiquette and conduct
• Prepare for performing housekeeping operations manually (floor, wash-and rest-room)
• Clean furniture, fittings and other vertical surfaces manually
• Clean floors, toilets & bathrooms manually and replenish supplies
• Clean pantry and canteen area
• Maintain area neat and tidy
• Collect and dispose waste properly
• Identify and avoid Work hazards and practice safety
• Report, record and prepare documentation
• Working with others ü Health & Safety at the workplace
