JOB ROLE: Pipe Fitter
Age: 24 - 45 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Salary: AED 1600 per month i.e. Rs. 35,469/- per month
Working Hours: 8 Hours per day / 48 hours in a week

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
* Assemble and install piping systems such as ductile iron, PVC, steel, copper, stainless steel pipe, and black iron.
* Cuts pipe, using saws, pipe cutter, grinder, cutting torch, and pipe-cutting machine.
* Should have good knowledge of tools, isometric & PID.
* Measuring and marking pipes for cutting, threading & fit-up.
* Should have knowledge of Saddle & miter preparation
* Threads pipe using pipe-threading machine.
* Connects pipes using threaded, welded, soldered, brazed, fused, or cemented joints, and hand tools.
* Should have good knowledge of valve / Fastener.
* Secures pipes to structure with brackets, clamps, and hangers, using hand tools and power tools.
* Inspecting the workplace, clearing obstructions and preparing materials and equipment.
* Have good knowledge of pressure testing, Flange management , chemical cleaning & GRE Piping.
* Studying blueprints and planning pipe systems and related equipment installations.
* Test piping systems for leaks by increasing pressure in pipes and observing gauges attached to pipes for indication of leaks.
* Using a variety of tools to modify pipes to specifications.
* Complying with relevant codes and regulatory standards
