JOB ROLE: COOK
Qualification: Hospitality Degree - AQF Certificate III level equivalent (a diploma after year 10 in India) VETASSESS is the assessing authority.
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Salary: AUD 54,000 Per Annum i.e., Rs. 30,40,816 /- per year + Super Annuation 10%.
Working Hours:- 38 hrs a week
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITY OF COOK:
ü Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
ü Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment
ü Preparing and cooking food
ü Seasoning food during cooking
ü Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces, and garnishes
ü Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities
ü Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
ü May plan menus and estimate food requirements
ü May train other kitchen staff and apprentices
ü Knowledge and experience in Indian Cuisine
