The role holder will be responsible to perform & manage the entire set of actions towards General Administration & facilities in the organization. The role incumbent would be deft in a start-up like environment and brings to fore, a strong challenger mind-set with proven abilities to influence peers across the eco-system and deliver a higher quality quantity mix for talent acquisition.
Job Discription :
General Administration:
· End to End Office Administration Management
· Managing Health & Hygiene in the organization
· Overseeing visitors & reception Management.
· Arranging travel and accommodation in most cost efficient ways
· Canteen & cafeteria Management
· Event Management
Facilities Management;
· Managing the facilities including overseeing clearing, Security, landscaping, parking etc
· Creating & Maintaining budgets for maintenance, Repair & Contracts
· Developing & maintaining a vendor base for a cost effective procurement of inventory
· communication and security frameworks within the facility
· Ensuring the property meets local and industry-specific safety guidelines
· Maintaining records, the facility, including maintenance bills and payment information
· Asset Management
