1.experience working in a NOC environment.
2. Service trouble shooting of DWDM trail /IPLC /IIL link .
3.Knowledge of Ciena DWDM /MCP.
4.Proficiency on TT tool /OSS tool .
5.Strong direct customer interaction communication skills, (oral and written), customer service, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
6.Goal oriented with a deep understanding of team building.
7.Proficient PC skills in office applications (Excel, Word) and network connectivity configuration.
8.Proficient presentation skills for presentations to technical and non-technical audiences; must be able to translate technical terms and concepts to non-technical entities.
9.Must be available 24/7 for network outages and maintenance
