PURPOSE
The role involves end to end administration of food & Beverage at an industrial scale. The incumbent would be responsible for providing catering & Lodging services to the client / clients at various locations in Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand & Delhi NCR The role incumbent should be adaptive to a start-up like environment and brings to fore, a strong challenger mindset with proven abilities to influence peers across the eco-system and deliver a higher quality quantity mix for efficient Project Operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on menu preparations, pricing, planning and ensuring high quality food with rational cost
- Make food items based on customer order from our menu items.
- Follow company standards for order processing
- Help recruit and provide on boarding and training to the cooks and allied staff
- Monitor food stock, maintain supplies and participate in inventory management.
- Managing overall catering operation also prepare and cook according to the set menu Suggest recipes to renew our menu for healthy food and Hygenic lodging
