The Tata Power Company Limited, Mumbai is looking for a sharp, inquisitive Degree/Diploma holder (Power Electronics/Electrical) with minimum 1-2 years of experience in network monitoring (Control room / Call Centre – Utility Services type set-up) for their ambitious PAN India EV Charger Project. The role holder will be part of the EV Charger - NOC Team.
Job Description -
Qualification: Degree / Diploma (Power Electronics/Electrical)
Experience: Degree min 1-2 years / Diploma 3-4 years (must have worked in 3-shift operations in Control room type set-up / Call Centre – Utility Services)
Skills Required: Ability to understand the power/electrical system
Basic understanding of power infra (hardware and software)
Basic information about Electric Vehicle and charging
Ability to handle complex issues / customer complaints
Must have worked with cross-functional teams
Ability to read and understand process / system logs
Maintain daily activity logs & prepare MIS (weekly / monthly)
Computer Skills: Basic IT & Computer skills required
Must be good at MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Personal Attributes: Should be sharp, quick learner, inquisitive and team player
Must have communication skills in Hindi & English (verbal & written both),
Good interpersonal skills
