Job Purpose: Acquire, on-board & retain new merchants, and generate revenue for Institutions, maintain good rapport with customers, excellent service and build sustainable relationship with merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Creation of daily and weekly sales plan and order lists
- Diligently follow the institutions visit plan every day (Small and Medium size institutions)
- Interacting with institutions regularly and developing relationship with them regularly
- Identifying Missing Assortment
- Identifying and activating de-growing customers
- Leverage annual events & festivals for maximizing Institutional Sales
- Enrollment and tagging of new institutions with sales potential
- Understanding customer’s business and recommending articles to them
- Preliminary Competition & Price bench marking from the markets
- Assisting customers with ECOM, Assortment identification & their purchase history
- Ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Coordinating with customers & brief about promotions
- Ensuring all the Sales Incentives/ parameters are achieved regularly
- Timely Collections of Due payments and resolve all institutions related issues
