Roles and responsibilities
• Developing the CTI Routing Applications or Strategies through Genesys IRD and composer / Cloud Genesys Designer
• Develop or enhance existing application for various LOB.
• Configuring Genesys objects and resources in CME / Genesys Administrator Extension GAX for Routing.
• Provide end to end support to build the complex IVR & routing applications.
• Identify and explain the available various deployment methods in Genesys.
Requirements:
• Genesys Professional with min 7 Years of overall experience in Telecom Industry and 5+ years of relevant experience in Genesys8.x version.
• Strong Knowledge & Understanding of overall Contact Center Technology, with stress on Genesys IVR & Routing development in IRD / Composer / Cloud Genesys Designer.
• Experience in Genesys Routing Strategies Development in IRD & Expertise in Skill based routing.
• Hands on Experience in Composer inbound call flow & SCXML Routing Call flow development.
• Experience & Strong Knowledge in Routing Solutions -Genesys URS & Orchestration Routing, Stat Server, Cassandra and Composer/IRD.
• Experience in integrating the REST / SOAP method
• Knowledge in Multimedia channels
• Knowledge in JAVA, Java Script, ECMA
• Knowledge in GAX / CME & Agent Setup configurations
• Knowledge in Genesys Framework
• Good communication, analytical and debugging skills
• Basic knowledge in reporting, real time reporting CCPulse.
