Job Description

Responsible for Maintenance of Instruments and Control Panels.

2. Hands-on experience in instrumentation with level, pressure, temperature, weight, analytical instruments, control valve, VFD, Flowmeter etc. of prominent makes.

3. Maintenance and troubleshooting with Siemens/ Allen-Bradley/ Mitsubishi/ Lenzee - PLC/HMI systems.

4. Maintenance and troubleshooting with Allen-Bradley – SCADA systems.

5. Hands on experience in plant automation system (modification, troubleshooting, etc.) and field instrumentation

6. Knowledge of Factory talk transaction manager, SQL database, SQL Server Reporting services.

7. QMS Documentation activity related to Automation & Instrumentation systems.

8. Responsible for maintaining of Instrumentation Spares & Inventory control.

9.. Experience in electrical maintenance and equipment maintenance preferably in Process industry and special purpose machines.

10. Knowledge on latest developments in industrial process automation.
