Job Responsibility: -
· Excellent spoken and written English
· Good knowledge of customer satisfaction KPIs
· Basic knowledge of supply chain related KPIs and processes
· Medium/high level of working knowledge of Excel and Power Point
· Analytical bent of mind
· Support the Global Director : Customer Satisfaction, in governing and executing the actions globally
· Apply understanding to analyze the data and give inputs on bringing improvement to the current situation
· Work with multi regions globally to ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly governance
· Work on various data formats and also create presentations for regular governance
· Represent the Global Director in case situation needs to
