key responsibilities:-

• Age should be below 23 years, above 18 years.
• Compulsory 2 dose vaccination, certificate & Antigen test report required)
• Candidates should reach the premises on or before 8.30 AM
• Face Shield & Mask is mandatory to enter our premises.
• Candidates should be within our transport grid.
• Min 40 Female candidate compulsory
•  Ready to work in shifts
• Willing to work in a long run
• Contract duration for Staffing : 8 months(240 days) ESIC PF Benefits available
• Contract Duration for Neem : 3 Years, compulsory  need enroll for Any one course, Course fee will be deducted 250/- per month  IN Trainees Monthly stipend

Nature OF Work:-

• Work nature includes electronic assemblies such as, Component identification, Component inspection,PCBA inspection, Storage and handling, Conformal coating, Manual soldering and SMT/THT machine handling in PCBA line
•  Work nature includes mechanical process such Brazing, Plumbing and Insulations in Chiller lines
• Works under the supervision of Mentor (Senior employee) and follow the Operation work standards provided and accountable for line efficiency
• Canteen & Transport Facility available
• Canteen Ded  for Neem: 900
• Transport Deduction  for Neem: 800  (For Female Employees door pickup & drop will be done with Security guard) for Female employees transportation is mandatory , IF male employee not availing company transportation he will get additionally 800/- RS

Additional Benefits:-

• Attendance Bonus : 500 per month, IF Trainee or Associates present full month, without any LOP.
• Night allowance : 100   Per Day, Its only for Male candidates, Every 15 days once Shift will get change

Shift Timings:-

• First Shift : 06 AM To :2:00 PM
• Second Shift: 2:00 PM TO 10:00 Pm
• Night Shift : 10:00 PM TO 6: 00 AM
• General Shift: 8:00  TO 5:00 PM

Leave:-

• Neem Trainee Will get 1 leave per month
