● Is mission-driven, entrepreneurial and passionate about making a significant difference in the world
● Is an MBA in Sales and Marketing from any of the Leading Business Schools
● Has 5+ years’ experience in sales (preferably B2B) and developing distribution channels in rural markets in East India
● Passionate about in building a culture of financial inclusion, product management or cross selling with financial institutions (like MFIs, NBFCs, Banks etc.)
● Fluency in Bengali and/or Oriya preferred
● Has a strong record of consistently exceeding sales targets and a passion for being involved with big, game-changing enterprises
● Is skilled in maintaining long-term relationships and assessing forward-looking ways to grow and support business partnerships
● Enjoys the challenge of working creatively and independently with a fast-growing global enterprise
● Likes getting hands on and is willing to spend 10-15 days a month on the road interacting with resellers, customers and partners
● Is a natural people-person, one that thrives off of building strong relationships both within the and outside organization
