About Role:-
The role encompasses providing Level L1 technical support for BOT’s developed on UiPath and OCR Tools. L1 support for RPA will autonomously manages bots and OCR tools with proactive monitoring and repair
Job Responsibilty:-
· Logging and escalating escalate issues to relevant teams, provide viable workarounds to resolve incidents
· Basic troubleshooting for RPA & OCR related issues.
· Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
· Monitor the routine execution of the solution.
· Identify customer need and maintain a log in the system and log tickets in system
· Assist with simple issues / inquiries
· Initial evaluation and recreation of the reported anomaly.
· The Level 1 support resource will analyze if system problems are hardware or software related.
· Assistance with issues during upgrades
· Identifying and creating needed bug reports
· Assistance with issues during installations
· Periodic Monitoring of the system
· Document problem resolutions
· Admin Activities
Skills
1. Knowledge on Robotic Process Automation (Ui-Path)
2. Basic Knowledge on OCR Tools
3. Develop workflows and custom activities using C#, .net and UI-Automation
4. Knowledge on SQL.
5. Experience in programming .NET, C# or VBA, Python programming knowledge is important.
6. Basics on IT Infrastructure and access management at enterprise level
7. Basic troubleshooting on Windows and Networking
