Responsibilities
1) The role holder will be responsible to hiring candidates for various open positions, Manage Employee Life Cycle Management right from on- boarding, payroll, productivity, reward till exit through an efficient and effective HR OPs strategy & systems, in alignment with the business strategy, functional demands and the organization’s overall HR Philosophy.
2) The role incumbent would be deft in a start-up like environment and brings to fore, a strong challenger mind-set with proven abilities to influence peers across the eco-system and deliver a higher quality quantity mix for HR Operations.
Operational;
1) Sourcing and closing the open positions
2) Placement of skilled candidates
3) On-boarding of candidates – handholding, feedback
4) Payroll management
5) Statutory complacence – HR related
6) Mediclaim management
7) Exit management
8) Maintains, Updates and Shares periodical dashboard & MIS reports as per requirement
9) Creating, Maintaining, Updating & Sharing HR meetings Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and ensure all points are closed as discussed in the meeting
