JOB PURPOSE
Provide technical support for experiencing hardware, software and networking issues. Incumbent will be responsible to identify, diagnose and rectify any issues in computer hardware, software, services, and applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation of peripheral device to the existing Desktop.
Driver installation.
Installation of any authorized software, Operating systems (Windows & Red-Hat).
Change in any system settings.
To undertake any troubleshooting job.
Any migration activity entrusted to the AMC Vendor from time to time.
Installation of Antivirus after consultation with Antivirus team
Installation of 2FA
Installation of Outlook Mail Box
To undertake any trouble-shooting job
Preventive maintenance on quarterly basis for desktop and DMP
Printer configuration, 1st level breakdown support
Closer of calls within SLA limit
Carry out on-site comprehensive maintenance of the Computer Systems which include PCs, AIOs, all types of printers including LaserJet Printers, Inkjet Printers, MFPs & DMPs, Scanners, Laptops, I-pads, etc. along- with the cables supplied along with the hardware and all other peripherals)
