PLANNING
1. Creates a activity/target plan for self on a monthly basis to track pipeline, status of each lead and conversion potential
PROSPECTING
2. Adheres to the monthly activations plan by product category
3. Execution of market activation activities as planned by Brand champions
4. Liaison with the respective SM and Brand Champion to execute the activity
5. Completes all documentation and collects customer information during the activity in order to open the green form
6. Follows up on the lead allotted after receiving green form with customer Information and conduct home visit / Test Drive as per appointment
7. Plan and adhere to the schedule of test drive
SALES PROCESS
8. Conduct a detailed need analysis to engage with the customer
9. Position TML products according to the identified need of the customer
10. Perform the six step demo process highlighting the benefits of the product to the customer and also comparing with competition
11. Address all questions/objection by the customer and involve Brand Champion in case not able to address the questions
12. Conduct the test drive for each customer as per the standards defined
13. Explains and markets the various value added services available to the customer including benefits, process and timelines and negotiates and finalizes the deal including TMA
14. Conduct lead qualification and update the form accordingly
15. Generate quotation for the customer based on his requirements and considering the prevalent schemes/offers
16. Guides the customer on the financing options, RTO process, insurance, booking amount
17. Continuous follow up with the customer at each stage to convert the yellow form to sale
18. Gets commitment sheet signed off with the customer after booking of the vehicle
19. Confirms the booking by accepting booking amount, opening yellow form and completing all document requirements
20. Calculates the estimated time of delivery and explains the delivery processes to the customer
21. Schedule delivery time with customer and confirms after discussion with the delivery manager
22. Follows up with the customer at each stage of selling and collects documents/payments as required
23. Inform customer about revised estimated delivery date (EDD) while car is allotted in the system
24. Perform pending activities as per delivery IFIR and delivery checklist as applicable
25. Communicates with the customer in case of any changes to the delivery time, pending documents, balance payment
26. Conduct standard delivery process prescribed by TML and ensure completion of all pending activities
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
27. Follow up and close all customer complaints
28. Provide inputs to brand champions for lost customer analysis
