Job Purpose:- Engage with customers, handle product queries & Sales Closure.
Job Role & Responsibilities:-
- Manages stock procedures (receiving, updates and maintains stock records).
- Greeting customer's & find out the needs.
- To be a sales consultant to the customer.
- Describing a product's features & demonstrate use of the product.
- Handling customer queries regarding the merchandise/products.
- Performs housekeeping (cleaning of showcases, window area and products) for the assigned area and helps maintain overall outlet cleanliness
- Implements and maintains high quality VM presentation in accordance to corporate guidelines in a timely manner.
- Providing information about warranties, product specifications, care and maintenance.
- Maintain sales reports to keep a track of the progress.
- Comfortable with Billing Process.
Preferred Skills:-
- 2-4 years of experience with a retail store
- Strong customer service orientation
- Presentable & Good communication
- Product demonstration skills
- Flexible to work on Saturday & Sundays
