Responsibilities:-

• Design and drive Global Shared Service (GSS) Center and process transformation starting from ground zero.
• Responsible for influencing the creation, implementation of business cases for GSS by partnering with the CEOs, and Corporate Function Heads .
• Provide overall Change Management Leadership, working with the IMC (Indorama Management council) members for governance of roll out of GSS and demonstrating saving and efficiencies due to GSS.
• Act as the focal point for GSS vision management, ensuring effective communication and resolution of key issues and decisions.
• Manage hiring, development, and operational oversight of a GSS team over the next 6 - 12 months.
• Prepare annual and long range strategic GSS plans, in conjunction with the digital transformation roadmap.
• Ensure that all the shared service project deliverables meet or exceed project targets and defined deliverables.

Qualification and Experience:-

• CA / MBA (Finance) with at least 25 + years of experience in setting up, driving Shared Service Center with multinationals.
• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing will be preferred.
• Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP rollout and integration experience.
• PMP, Six sigma certification is a plus. - Extensive experience working with virtual and/or matrix teams. -
• Extensive experience working with cross-cultural team ideal.
