KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TRAINEE VOICE:-
- Inbound calls: Answering incoming calls, addressing the customer queries and complaint
- Outbound calls: Speak to the customers who have shown interest in certain products. Explain the product details and sell the online product.
- Achieve set targets on various operational metrics like Revenue generation, leads and service quality.
- Understand customer’s requirement. In case of any discrepancy take it up with internal team to resolve it

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TRAINEE NON VOICE:-
- Scrutiny and verification of documents and other check points
- Ensuring adherence to the laid down processes and regulatory guidelines
- Attention to details and delivering expected Quality Standards
- Understands customer requirements and adds value to service standards
- Coordination with Internal / External departments for requirements
- Uploading of Business EOD details
- Helping team in achieving the monthly Business targets
- Preparing reports and sharing the same with reporting manager

- Flexible in terms of shift timing
