Key Responsibilities
ü Statutory compliance challans need to submit as per required timelines.
ü Site material support like: All PPEs (Safety shoes, Overalls, helmets, etc), Uniforms, Tools and tackles (for Technicians, Fitters and Electricians)
ü Leave Record Maintains and Reimbursements
ü Background Validation of Technicians from Third Party
ü Timely payment of Bonus
ü Labor License
ü Professional Tax License
ü All compliance returns documents and reports submission
ü GMC, GPA, WC need to taken care if any claims and policy renewal etc.
ü Site Requirements Reports & letters
Qualification
ü Graduate/MBA having 3 – 7 years of Relevant experience.

ü Negotiation skills & influencing ability
ü Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy level
ü Leading others and people development
ü Proven recruiting, interviewing, evaluating and analysing skills
