Job Description:

We are looking for a Logistics & Customs Specialist to support logistics, transportation, and customs operations. The role involves coordinating shipments, monitoring delivery schedules, ensuring customs compliance, analysing logistics data, and supporting smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor transportation and logistics activities to ensure timely deliveries.

• Analyse logistics data, track fuel consumption and delivery timelines, and identify operational bottlenecks.

• Coordinate end-to-end transportation, global trade, customs compliance, and warehouse safety activities.

• Support demand forecasting and logistics planning to reduce delays and operational waste.

• Identify root causes of shipping delays and supply chain disruptions and implement solutions.

• Coordinate shipment schedules and track multiple product lines to meet delivery deadlines.

• Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams regarding logistics activities.

• Adapt logistics plans to unexpected disruptions such as bad weather or blocked routes.

Required Skills:

• Data analysis and proficiency in MS Excel or Tableau.
