Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Process Owner – Quotation to manage and enhance the Services Quotation digital ecosystem, including CPQ and Field Services Configurator (FSC). The role involves gathering business requirements, improving quotation processes, coordinating with global teams, managing UAT activities, and supporting the successful implementation of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the enhancement roadmap of the Services Quotation digital ecosystem (CPQ and FSC).

• Work with Hub teams and Squads to gather and evaluate new offer requirements related to configuration and quotation.

• Understand end-to-end business processes and propose effective process improvements.

• Prepare business specifications and coordinate with Schneider Digital for implementation.

• Organize stakeholder meetings to evaluate requirements, business value, and technical feasibility.

• Prioritize features and improvements based on business value and user requirements.

• Drive the definition of global test plans and UAT use cases.

• Lead UAT sessions and coordinate user testing activities.

• Track defects and improvement requests identified during testing.

• Prepare release notes and documentation required for training.

• Support regional adoption teams in Services Operations with process expertise.

Required Skills:
