Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and innovative Data Scientist to join the Intelligent Procurement initiative. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions to drive procurement transformation, build intelligent platforms, and improve procurement processes using advanced analytics and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and operationalize AI/ML models for the Intelligent Procurement platform using AWS cloud services, Databricks, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured data ingestion, preprocessing, and transformation.
• Implement and manage MLOps workflows, including model lifecycle management, observability, and explainability.
• Collaborate with analytics, business, and infrastructure teams throughout discovery, design, development, validation, deployment, and governance.
• Contribute to the AgentOps ecosystem, including prompt registry, memory management, and agent configuration.
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and audit protocols.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience with SageMaker, LangChain, Bedrock, OpenSearch, and Terraform.
• Strong understanding of procurement domain data, including supplier performance, pricing trends, and risk indicators.
• Familiarity with GenAI applications, semantic similarity, and graph-based recommendations.
• Experience in applied machine learning, statistical modelling, and data engineering.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration.
• Ability to design and implement continuous learning systems and feedback loops.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
