Job Description:

We are looking for a Buyer – Procurement to manage purchasing activities, coordinate with suppliers, handle RFQs, compare quotations, and ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Send RFQs to suppliers and collect quotations.

• Prepare and analyse quotation comparisons.

• Perform procurement data analysis.

• Release Purchase Orders (POs).

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries.

• Coordinate and manage procurement-related projects.

• Prepare presentations and procurement reports.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with ERP tools such as SAP or Oracle.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of RFQ management and quotation comparison.

• Basic knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.

• Good analytical and coordination skills.
