Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, material receipts and issues.

Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages and excess inventory.

Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, dealers and suppliers for timely procurement of spare parts.

Handle spare parts sales, billing, invoicing and customer inquiries.

Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving and non-moving inventory.

Ensure proper storage, identification and maintenance of spare parts.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

Manage parts ordering, inward and outward documentation, and inventory records.

Coordinate with service, workshop, warranty and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor spare parts sales, inventory turnover, profitability and departmental targets.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports related to inventory, sales and stock status.

Lead and supervise the spare parts team to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
