• Role: Company On-Roll Trainee Associate (2 years training + 6 months probation)

• Target Departments: Production & Manufacturing & Logistics

• Eligible Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics

• Experience Required: 1 to 5 Years

• Work Location: Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Shendra Auric

Candidate Requirements & Competencies :

• Engineering Fundamentals: Practical knowledge of assembly lines, machining operations, press machines, and welding.
• Process Adherence: Discipline to strictly follow work instructions, SOPs, and company guidelines.
• Equipment Proficiency: Ability to handle and read basic measurement equipment.
• Basic Maintenance: Foundational understanding of workstation and machine troubleshooting.
• Continuous Improvement: Awareness of core manufacturing principles like 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Language Skills: Ability to read and understand English, Hindi, and Marathi.
