Job Description:

We are looking for a Powder Coating Quality Engineer to monitor powder coating quality, manage chemical testing, ensure production process compliance, and support productivity and cost-reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage paint-related consumables and testing materials.

• Conduct chemical testing and replenish chemicals based on test results.

• Monitor powder coating quality and production processes.

• Plan component loading and unloading, and allocate manpower according to process requirements.

• Improve productivity and implement incentive schemes based on defined cycle times.

• Drive Kaizen activities and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Ensure environmental compliance and proper effluent disposal.

• Maintain water utilization records and ensure workplace safety requirements are followed.
