Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Mechanic – Industrial Electronics to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electronic equipment and electrical systems. The candidate should have practical knowledge of electronic components, wiring, control panels, electrical circuits, and diagnostic tools. Experience in automotive, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or bus air-conditioning systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair industrial electronic equipment and electrical systems.

• Troubleshoot faults in electronic circuits, control panels, wiring, sensors, and related equipment.

• Perform basic repairs and replacement of faulty electronic components.

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of motors, relays, switches, contactors, and control systems.

• Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, and technical drawings.

• Use multimeters and other testing instruments to identify electrical and electronic faults.

• Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and equipment.

• Assist in diagnosing faults in control circuits and automation-related equipment.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards during installation, repair, and maintenance.

• Coordinate with supervisors and technical teams to complete assigned work within the specified timelines.

• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replaced components.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of industrial electronics and electrical systems.

• Hands-on experience in electronic component testing, wiring, and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of electrical control panels, relays, contactors, sensors, and switches.

• Ability to use multimeters and basic electronic diagnostic instruments.

• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and circuit diagrams.

• Basic knowledge of motors, control circuits, and industrial equipment maintenance.

• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work at workshops, industrial facilities, and customer installation sites.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.

Educational Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical trade.

Experience

• 0-5 years of experience in industrial electronics, electrical maintenance, electronic equipment repair, or industrial troubleshooting is preferred.

• Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and practical knowledge may also be considered.
