Job Title: Auto Electrical & Electronics Technician – Bus AC Installation

Qualification : ITI Mechanic Auto Electrical and Electronics

Industry: Bus Manufacturing / Automotive Electrical Systems / Air Conditioning

Job Responsibilities

• Install and assemble electrical and electronic components for bus air-conditioning systems.

• Perform automotive electrical wiring, cable routing, and wiring harness installation.

• Connect AC control panels, relays, fuses, sensors, switches, and connectors.

• Install and connect electrical power supply and control circuits for bus AC units.

• Assist in fitting AC components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and blowers.

• Read and follow automotive electrical wiring diagrams and technical drawings.

• Inspect electrical connections and test circuits using a digital multimeter.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults in bus AC systems and automotive wiring.

• Check battery supply, grounding, voltage, continuity, and electrical connections.

• Perform functional testing of AC electrical controls after installation.

• Ensure proper wiring, installation quality, and compliance with safety procedures.

• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC teams during bus assembly.

Required Skills

• ITI qualification in Mechanic Auto Electrical and Electronics.

• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and electronic components.

• Basic understanding of bus AC wiring and control circuits.

• Ability to use a multimeter and automotive electrical testing tools.

• Knowledge of relays, fuses, sensors, wiring harnesses, and connectors.

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical faults.

• Knowledge of bus AC installation and testing is an advantage.
