Position: AC Technician
Department: Service & Installation
Industry: Bus Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Technicians to install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot bus air-conditioning systems at Trans ACNR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge of air-conditioning systems, refrigeration, electrical components, and mechanical installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble air-conditioning units in buses and commercial vehicles.
- Perform servicing, preventive maintenance, and repair of bus AC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot AC-related issues, including cooling problems and electrical faults.
- Check compressors, condensers, evaporators, blowers, motors, and refrigerant lines.
- Perform refrigerant charging, leak testing, and gas pressure checks as required.
- Inspect electrical wiring, connections, relays, fuses, and control systems.
- Assist in dismantling, replacing, and fitting AC components.
- Use tools and equipment safely while following company procedures.
- Maintain service records and report technical issues to the supervisor.
- Follow safety standards and ensure quality workmanship at customer locations.
Educational Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), Electrical, Mechanical, or a related trade preferred.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on AC servicing or installation experience may also apply.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Practical experience in AC installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and mechanical components.
- Ability to use hand tools and basic testing instruments.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work at different locations.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
Experience
- Freshers with relevant ITI qualifications can apply.
- Experienced candidates in bus AC, automotive AC, commercial AC, or refrigeration will be preferred.
