About the Role

We are looking for an experienced F&B Head / Manager to manage the end-to-end operations of multiple bars, pubs, lounges, and nightclubs for a leading hospitality brand. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in nightlife operations, revenue generation, business profitability, and multi-outlet management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of multiple bars, pubs, lounges, and nightclubs.
• Drive outlet-wise revenue, profitability, sales growth, and achievement of business targets.
• Monitor P&L, budgets, operating expenses, beverage costs, and inventory management.
• Develop strategies to increase footfall, average customer billing, repeat visits, and event-driven revenue.
• Oversee daily operations, including bar service, guest experience, ambience, music, events, and service quality.
• Manage and mentor outlet managers, bartenders, service teams, and other operational staff.
• Ensure effective inventory control, stock reconciliation, procurement, and minimisation of wastage.
• Maintain premium hospitality standards and handle VIP guests and customer escalations.
• Implement SOPs and monitor operational performance across all outlets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable liquor licensing, excise regulations, food safety, and statutory requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, bar, pub, lounge, or nightclub operations.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience managing bars, pubs, nightclubs, or premium lounge operations.
• Experience handling multiple outlets for a reputed hospitality or nightlife brand.
• Strong understanding of revenue management, P&L, beverage costing, inventory, and operational controls.
• Proven experience in team leadership, customer experience, and business performance management.
• Knowledge of nightlife promotions, event management, VIP guest relations, and premium beverage service.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Company Background

Candidates from established nightlife and bar-led hospitality brands such as Lord of the Drinks, Dragonfly, Diablo, SOCIAL/antiSOCIAL, Olive Bar & Kitchen, Monkey Bar, Shiloh, Hitchki, Glocal Junction, and similar premium bar, pub, lounge, or nightclub operators.
