📌 Job Description

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to onboard small shops, kirana stores, and retailers for E Pay Later’s loan and Pay Later solutions.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Visit local shops, kirana stores, and retail merchants.

• Explain E Pay Later’s loan and Pay Later products and their benefits.

• Acquire new merchants and complete their KYC and documentation.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Educate merchants about loan usage, repayment cycles, and app features.

• Build strong relationships with retailers and encourage regular product usage.

• Collect market feedback and coordinate with the internal team to resolve issues.

🎯 Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduates preferred.

• Experience in field sales, fintech, microfinance, NBFC, or telecom is an advantage.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with fieldwork and sales targets.

• Basic smartphone and app knowledge.

• Knowledge of the local market is preferred.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
