Roles and Responsibilities:

Assembly Line Operations: Assemble electronic products and components, such as mobile phones and other electronic devices, as per production requirements.

Machine Operation: Operate basic production machines, tools, and equipment according to standard operating procedures.

Component Handling: Handle raw materials, electronic components, and semi-finished products carefully during the manufacturing process.

Quality Inspection: Conduct basic quality checks to identify defective components, assembly errors, and product damage.

Production Targets: Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality and work efficiency.
Eligibility:
- Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma in Electricial, Mechanical & Electronics Engineering
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Gender Preference: Male & Female Both
- Age: 18 years to 35 years
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn, work in a team, and perform assigned shop-floor duties.
Stipend and Benefits:
1. Diploma Trainee (Diploma Passout Candidates)
- Salary: ₹17,106 (Including ₹5,450 DBT)
- Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000
- Night Award: ₹1,000
2. NAPS Trainee (10th, 12th & Passout Candidate)
- Stipend: ₹13,884 (including ₹1,500 DBT)
- Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000
- Night Award: ₹1,000
3. NAPS Trainee (ITI Passout Candidate)
- Stipend: ₹15,271 (including ₹1,500 DBT)
- Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000
- Night Award: ₹1,000
Additional Benefits:
- Overtime (Only Applicable for the passout candidates) :
- 10th & 12th: ₹115 Per Hour
- ITI : ₹127 Per Hour
- Diploma : ₹142 Per Hour
