Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new customer leads through online research, calling, and other sources.
- Call potential customers and introduce our company and LED driver products.
- Find interested customers and collect their basic business requirements.
- Share qualified leads with the CRR team for further follow-up.
- Maintain a record of customer calls and leads generated.
- Follow up with potential customers to check their interest.
- Coordinate with the CRR team to ensure proper lead handover.
- Help the company connect with more customers and generate new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or business development.
- Experience in LED lighting, electrical products, or electronics is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
