Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Environmental Engineering 

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for an EHS Officer to ensure workplace safety, environmental health, and compliance with safety standards in a manufacturing environment. The role involves conducting safety inspections, assessing risks, managing contractor safety, investigating incidents, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily EHS inspections, safety walkdowns, and workplace hazard assessments.

• Monitor compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and Operational Work Standards (OWS).

• Drive safety observation reporting, corrective action closure, and incident prevention initiatives.

• Review work permits, conduct Point of Work Risk Assessments (POWRA), and oversee contractor safety activities.

• Support Management of Change (MOC), risk assessment updates, and stop-work authority implementation.

• Monitor Material Handling Equipment (MHE), warehouse operations, traffic management, and workplace safety controls.

• Conduct safety standdowns, toolbox talks, safety campaigns, and employee awareness programs.

• Conduct EHS audits, PPE compliance assessments, and transport safety reviews.

• Track EHS KPIs, support leadership reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Participate in incident investigations, emergency preparedness activities, and safety culture initiatives.
