Job Title: Field Associate

Experience : 0 to 1 year

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits and support campaign activities in assigned areas.

• Assist in organizing public meetings, rallies, and local events.

• Interact with local people and share campaign-related information.

• Distribute promotional materials as required.

• Coordinate with field teams and local representatives.

• Collect information and feedback from the field.

• Maintain daily activity reports and share updates with the reporting manager.

• Travel to different locations as per project requirements.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills.

• Knowledge of the local area and language.

• Willingness to travel and work in the field.

• Basic coordination and reporting skills.

• Must have a personal bike and a valid driving licence.

• Previous fieldwork or campaign experience is preferred.
