Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or ITI Pass
- Age Limit:
- 10th/12th Pass: 18–22 years
- ITI Pass: 18–24 years
- Gender: Male
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Shift: Rotational shifts

1. 10th / 12th Pass
- Gross Stipend: ₹19,000 per month (Includes ₹1,500 DBT)
- In-Hand: ₹15,780 per month (including ₹1,500 DBT)
2. ITI Pass
- Gross Stipend: ₹21,000 per month (Includes ₹1,500 DBT)
- In-Hand: ₹17,780 per month (including ₹1,500 DBT)
📌 Deductions / Other Charges
- Retention Bonus: ₹2,700 per month
- Paid every 6 months
- Total retention bonus of ₹16,200 will be paid after completing each 6-month period.
- Canteen Charges: ₹520 per month
🏠 Accommodation
- Sharing Accommodation: Room will be shared by 3–4 candidates.
- Monthly Rent: ₹1,500 per candidate.
- Food: Candidates can prepare one meal themselves at the accommodation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Trainees will receive practical training and may be assigned to different departments of the insulator manufacturing plant based on operational requirements.
1. Production and Manufacturing
- Assist in daily manufacturing and production activities.
- Support the preparation and handling of raw materials used in insulator manufacturing.
- Assist operators in machine operation under supervision.
- Follow production instructions and help achieve daily production targets.
2. Assembly and Finishing
- Assist in assembling insulator components as per work instructions.
- Support finishing, cleaning, and material-handling activities.
- Check products for visible defects and report issues to supervisors.
3. Quality Inspection
- Assist the quality team in basic product inspection.
- Identify and report damaged or defective materials.
- Follow quality standards and maintain proper handling of products.
4. Material Handling and Shop-Floor Support
- Move raw materials and finished products as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of materials in the assigned area.
- Support departmental activities and follow instructions from supervisors.
5. Safety and Learning
- Follow all factory safety rules and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain discipline and punctuality on the shop floor.
- Learn manufacturing processes, equipment handling, and quality procedures during training.
