Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Field Recruiter to support recruitment activities in Aurangabad and nearby locations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through field visits, local networks, referrals, job fairs and other recruitment channels, with a focus on meeting hiring and joining targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through field visits, local references, walk-ins, job fairs and recruitment drives.
• Identify suitable candidates as per the job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and basic candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and the recruitment team.
• Maintain a database of candidates and update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Build local candidate networks and referral channels.
• Coordinate with local institutions, colleges, training centres and employment networks wherever required.
• Conduct bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews.
• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and hiring MIS.
• Achieve assigned sourcing, selection and joining targets.
• Travel within Aurangabad and nearby areas as required.
• Maintain good relationships with candidates and local recruitment sources.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruitment/field recruitment experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and willingness to travel may also be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong local area knowledge of Aurangabad/Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar preferred.
• Comfortable with extensive field work.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and recruitment portals.
• Should be target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for regular field movement.
