*We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our production team as a
Diploma Apprentice Trainee.
* The successful candidate will undergo training on CNC and VMC machines and work as an operator on
the production line.
* This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in a dynamic and
fast-paced environment.

5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate CNC and VMC machines to produce high-quality products.
Work on the production line to meet production targets and deadlines.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
6. WORK PROFILE
Work as an operator on CNC ,VMC machines and in assembly Process.
Assist in maintaining machine efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and report any machine issues or defects.
Ensure quality control and meet production standards.
7. WORK SCHEDULE
Duty Time: 8 hours (Including Lunch and Two Times Tea Break)
Work in 3 Shifts
A Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
B Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
C Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Shift schedule is rotating, which means you will be required to work in all three shifts (A, B and C) on a
rotating basis.
8.REQUIREMENTS
A. NAPS Apprentice B. NATS Apprentice
ITI Passed in Any Trade. Diploma/B-Tech (Mechanical, Automobile and Electrical)
Age Limit – 18 to 28 Years Old. Age Limit- 18 to 26
Duration – 1 Years Passing Year Batch: 2022,2023,2024,2025,2026
C. Third Party Vacancy
Eligibility- 10th 12th ITI (All Trade)
Age Limit- 18 to 35 Years Old.
9.CTC , Stipend and Other Government Benefits:-

NAPS Stipend- Rs. 15050 Stipned + Rs. 1500 DBT Benefits + OT Double
NATS Stipned- Rs. 16000- Rs. 17000 + 4000 (Dip. Candidates) 4500 (B-tech Candidates) DBT Benefit + OT Double
Third Party- Rs. 15860 – Rs. 16640 per Month + OT Double
