Job Details:

·       Job Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu

·       Job Profiles: Production Assembly Operator, Quality Control Inspector, and Material Handler / Store Assistant

·       Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or Degree (Any Trade)

·       Experience: Freshers and candidates with 6 months to 2 years of automobile/manufacturing experience

·       Gender: Male and Female

·       Working Hours: 8 hours per shift; rotational 3-shift operation

·       Canteen: Free meals during the shift

Salary:

·       Freshers (NAPS): ₹16,500–₹17,500 per month, inclusive of DBT

·       Experienced Candidates: ₹17,900–₹21,800 gross per month, depending on experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Production Assembly Operator

·       Assemble vehicle components as per work instructions.

·       Use basic tools and equipment safely.

·       Check component fitment and report defects.

·       Meet production targets and follow safety procedures.

2. Quality Control Inspector

·       Inspect components and products for defects.

·       Perform visual and basic quality checks.

·       Separate and report defective materials.

·       Maintain quality checklists and inspection records.

3. Material Handler / Store Assistant

·       Receive, verify, label, and store materials.

·       Supply required components to the production line.

·       Update stock records and track material movement.

·       Report stock shortages, mismatches, or damaged items.
