About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day workforce and production-related activities. The ideal candidate should have good team-handling and coordination skills and be comfortable working in shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily attendance of employees/trainees.
• Conduct daily follow-ups with absent employees/trainees.
• Coordinate and fulfill new hiring and replacement requirements as needed.
• Ensure smooth workforce coordination and day-to-day operations.
• Handle employee-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team.
• Maintain proper communication and coordination with the client/team.
• Be willing to work in shifts and follow a 6-day working schedule.

Candidate Requirements

• BE / Diploma qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Production Supervisor.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team coordination and workforce management skills.
• Comfortable working in shifts.
• Willing to work 6 days a week.
• Male candidates preferred.
