Job Description:
We are looking for a Procurement Operations & Digital Sourcing Specialist to manage digital negotiations through iNego and open-market sourcing activities. The role focuses on RFQ execution, negotiation data management, quota simulation, supplier offer consolidation, award tracking, and shortage mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, upload, validate, and maintain negotiation data in iNego.
• Ensure accuracy of IPN/MPN mapping, supplier assignments, quantities, pricing, and negotiation ownership.
• Identify and resolve obsolete parts, duplicates, and data inconsistencies.
• Maintain iNego referential tables including supplier, part master, part alternates, contract pricing, and negotiation supply channels.
• Create, manage, and execute RFQs in iNego.
• Support RFQ clarification, re-upload, and exception resolution activities.
• Support buyers and category teams during supplier interactions.
• Enable quota simulations and scenario comparisons based on price, volume, and productivity.
• Support quota allocation decisions and manage quota validation and finalization.
• Generate and communicate award files to suppliers, EMS, and distributors.
• Track supplier acknowledgements, ERP updates, and implementation status.
• Close negotiations and maintain records for reporting and audit purposes.
Skills Required:
• Knowledge of digital negotiation and RFQ execution.
• Experience in open-market and shortage sourcing.
• Data governance and master data management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of iNego, sourcing tools, and SAP-linked processes.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong execution and ownership mindset.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage peak workloads and urgent requirements.
