Job Title: Procurement Operations Analyst

Job Description:
We are looking for a self-driven Procurement Operations Analyst with strong procurement knowledge and experience in procurement operations. The role involves supporting procurement activities, maintaining accurate procurement data, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and providing administrative support to regional/country teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate on-time PIR updates by coordinating with regional buyers and commodity managers.
• Support buyers with accurate data using internal tools.
• Perform price updates, open PO price updates, source list creation, lead-time updates, and quota updates.
• Ensure procurement activities follow defined policies, rules, and thresholds.
• Define processes and conduct training when required.
• Train new executives and guide them on GPS processes and tools.
• Act as the first point of escalation for process-related issues and invoice dispute resolution.
• Balance workload across the assigned executive group to avoid business disruptions.
• Review KPIs and provide performance feedback in coordination with the GPS Team Leader.
• Participate in performance management activities for assigned analysts.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for GPS processes for a specific country or commodity.

Skills Required:
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Strong knowledge of the P2P cycle.
• Prior experience with Production Purchase Price updates.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Process-oriented approach with strong process management skills.
• Experience with procurement tools such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• Strong training facilitation and coaching skills.
• Self-driven with an aptitude for process improvement.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-cultural teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Customer Service.
• Experience working in a Global Shared Services Centre is preferred.
• Strong analytical, coordination, training, and escalation-handling abilities.
