Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement & Master Data Specialist to manage master data accuracy across manufacturers, hubs, and plant systems while supporting procurement operations. The role involves pricing management, supplier coordination, shortage management, spot buying, and new part onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and ensure consistency of master data across manufacturers, hubs, and plant systems.
• Manage and update key master data elements such as Terms & Conditions (T&C), pricing, and supplier information.
• Coordinate with plant teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment at factory level.
• Raise and manage tickets related to master data updates and issues.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies with suppliers in a timely manner.
• Implement newly negotiated prices into the system.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing and master data updates.
• Manage quota allocation and tracking.
• Handle End of Life (EOL), Last Time Buy (LTB), and spot buy orders.
• Support shortage management for low and medium critical parts.
• Perform spot buy comparisons to identify the best sourcing options.
• Support onboarding of new parts, including system setup and required approvals.
• Coordinate between suppliers, procurement teams, and manufacturing plants to ensure smooth execution of procurement and master data activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or ERP Master Data roles.
• Familiarity with shortage management, EOL/LTB scenarios, and supplier management.
• Strong understanding of master data management and procurement processes.
• Ability to analyze pricing and spot buy comparisons and support procurement decisions.
