Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Freight & 3PL Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, contracting, cost optimization, supplier management, and market intelligence activities across India. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in domestic freight, inland transportation, third-party logistics (3PL), warehouse contracting, commercial negotiations, and analytics-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed commercial comparisons and bid evaluations.
• Develop cost models and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses.
• Benchmark freight rates, warehouse costs, and logistics service charges.
• Identify cost reduction and productivity improvement opportunities across logistics categories.
• Conduct market research and identify qualified logistics, transportation, and warehousing partners.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and supplier performance reviews.
• Engage with regional and local stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support business decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Logistics or a related field.
• Experience supporting regional logistics networks is preferred.
